Here's a little map of my world, Shizenkai, and the three countries Valhöll, Midgard and Tartarus.

Valhöll
Color & Symbol: Violet; a tree under the rising sun with a diamond at it's center
Description: Northern-most country that has a history plagued by war and a freezing climate. Struggles economically.

Midgard
Color & Symbol: Blue; two stalks of wheat forming a cross.
Description: Rich agricultural country.

Nero: "Water"; Capital city; Rich and flashy, filled with entertainment. Home of the Blequae royal family.

Chorio: "Village"; peaceful farming village.
Noufaro: "Water lily"; a hidden village of Anima; mostly herbivore and water types.

Tartarus
Color & Symbol: Red; a rising phoenix.
Description: Imperialistic desert country ruled by the military.

Funiki: "Burning heart"; Capital city; Bustling city with many strict regulations.

Erimos: "Desolate"; small village that was originally a part of Valhöll but was conquered and became a territory of Tartarus.
Fatio: "Fire"; Extremely hot climate, city battles over the lake between them and Irad; civilians live in fear of the Iradians.
Folia: "Burrow"; a village of desert Anima who burrowed their homes into the sand hills.
Irad: "City of witness/fugitive"; a city of thieves and criminals camped out in the central sand dunes}

Neutral/multiple territory
Akropolis: "Border city"; on the river between Midgard and Tartarus. Largest port in both nations, very divided between the two countries.
Zelgai: "Heart"; crossroads between all three nations. Huge trading city and completely neutral between the nations; a merchant's paradise.
Shizenkai Headquarters (Snh HQ): Headquarters and safehouse of the SnH, territory hidden in the mountains of Midgard.
