Summer is the time for fun in the sun so lets invite our OCs out to celebrate! There are all kinds of things to celebrate during this season: festivals, beach & birthday parties, solstice celebrations, independence days... even a festival or party original to your OC's world!

On the first full moon after the summer solstice, there is a holiday known as Summer Moon in which humans celebrate and honor their Anima comrades by dressing up as them. It's an old tradition and Valholl is the only country that still goes all out for the celebration.

From left to right, we have Asahi as a white horned owl. A wise creature like herself.  Ryou is a unicorn, which is supposedly a great ancestor of the Yokoshira family, so it's traditional for the king or queen to dress as this magical creature.   Leilani and Kenji are cosplaying as a pair of historical Anima (from the prequel): Ajalon and Kuro Oukami... and Zuko is a regal lion.   Since it's a full moon, Anima are reverted into their animal forms during the festival and most will return to the wilderness and have nothing to do with it.  The two wolves here are B.B. and Roxy, the latter who is too young to be on her own.. and loving the festival anyway.  B.B. not so much, as she's obligated to stay for her prince... and is quite a bit irritated by his costume.
